This is my offering for the Chocolate Baroque colour challenge 19, using the new walled garden stamp and the lady from the  Mackintosh beauty set.
I was trying to create a dreamy garden scene behind the lady, so used brusho powders for the background, with watercolour pencils for definition.

walled garden

the new stamps from Chocolate Baroque are real;y lovely, and quite addictive once you start playing with them!
simply stamped in black versafine onto white card,and also onto masking tissue. I cut the arch way out of the mask and stamped the mini tree that cpmes with the main image in the arch in distress ink to create a mini landscape, drawing the colour out with a waterbrush to make the grass.
The main image was coloured with a waterbrush and marker pens.
Background was a spare bit of watercolour card coloured with brushos - faded as it was used to mop up and tone down another piece of card where the colour was too intense.

brusho walled garden

A very simple card today, using my favourite brusho powders and the fab new walled garden stamp from Chocolate Baroque.
If I had heat dried the brusho it would probably have taken 10 minutes maximum............
Watercolour card, image stamped in versamark and embosssed with white EP (my versamark pad is definitely getting to the muddy stage, so clear EP was a no-go). Sprinkled leaf and sand brusho powders in rioughly the right areas, spritzed with water and left to dry.
Once it was dry, tore out the imnage roughly, painted the roses in using brusho ost red, and mounted onto a 15x15cm kraft card blank
